Not a rebrand, not a side experiment — the thing we've actually been building. The listing says it plainly: deploys, manages, and secures an AI workforce for business.
Why Today
Product Hunt and OpenAI Developers are running the GPT-6 Astra Challenge — build something useful with Astra, launch it on Product Hunt on September 18, and compete. Five launches win $10K in OpenAI API credits and a year of ChatGPT Pro for up to two team members each.
We didn't build a demo for a contest. We entered because the deadline happened to land on a product that already exists and already works. If you've been reading The Signet, you've watched the pieces go up one at a time — the Armorer, Penny, Bob, Bastion, Ledger, Atlas, Wrench, Scout. FORGE is what happens when they stop being articles and start being one system you can buy.
What FORGE Actually Is
Every business needs the same departments. Most small businesses can't staff them — you don't hire a security engineer, a bookkeeper, an IT department, and a research team when you're running trucks and payroll.
FORGE gives you the departments, as AI workers, with names and defined jobs. You start with the one that pays for itself first — usually the one that answers the phone — and the rest are there when you need them. The department is the product. The workflows are the upgrades you add on top as the account grows.
That's not a pitch deck talking. That's what we've been shipping, in public, one article and one release at a time, for months.
